Cuban rice with black beans

    -2 tbsp olive oil soup
    -1 diced red pepper
    -1 chopped onion
    -5 cloves of minced garlic
    -1 tbsp tomato paste soup
    -1 tbsp oregano tea
    -1 1/2 teaspoon cumin tea
    -1 bay leaf
    -1 1/2 basmati rice (or more)
    -3 cups of vegetable broth
    -2 tbsp red wine vinegar soup
    -1 can of rinsed black beans
    -1 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper or to taste

1- Heat oil and brown onions, chili, oregano, cumin and tomato paste together.
2- Add rice. Brew. Add broth and remaining ingredients.
3- Cook until tender.
4- Add spices to taste.
