Vraiment très déçu de l’hôtel la nourriture était pas bonne du tout…. Beaucoup de favoriste envers les russes, je me suis fait refuser me faire faire un café espagnol en me disant que c’était trop long à faire… l’autre à côté à demander un café brisilien à lui à fait … coter service au chambre pas un mot à dire

Since it became Ocean the quality has gone down. In 2020 had nothing but problems with room.. Missed the Mike's Cafe place and most of the a la carte places were closed. Wouldn't go back.

Le Sanctuary est 18 ans et plus. La nourriture, le service et les travailleurs sont excellents. Ne pas aller aux buffets du Grand Memories, il ne ressemble en rien à celui du Sanctuary.

Super! Mais faut réserver en level pour avoir accès au restaurant qui est pres de la plage pour les dejeuners et les diners. Le ´buffet’ etait ordinaire decembre 2021). Je n irais pas la quand ca va etre pleine capacité pour les délais d attente des ascenceurs…

TRÈS BEL HÔTEL. NOUS AVIONS PAYÉ LA SECTION PRIVILÈGE AFIN D’AVOIR ACCÈS AU RESTAURANT DU 11E ÉTAGE ET C’ÉTAIT PARFAIT!!! C’EST SÛR QUE SI NOUS Y RETOURNERONS, NOUS REPRENDRONS AUSSI LA SECTION PRIVILÈGE.

nous y sommes allez 2 fois cette année un super beau resort grand belle piscine la section privilege est pour un moi un must le restaurant a la carte privilege est un coup de coeur belle plage plusieurs palapas le personnel de l’or en barre 3 restaursnt a la carte carribean italien et gourmet tous bon mais jai un penchant pour l’italien. Les drinks au privilege sont succulent demander un frappucino glace miam ;) point negatif : loin de la ville
