Picadilla


    -1 lb lean ground beef
    -2 tbsp olive oil soup
    -1 chopped onion
    -6 cloves of garlic
    -1 large diced red pepper
    -3 small potatoes cut into small pieces
    -1 tbsp cumin soup
    -1 tbsp oregano tea
    -1/2 chorizo sausage in small pieces
    -3/4 cup of white wine
    -12 green olives stuffed with garlic peppers, cut in half
    -1/2 cup raisins
    -1/4 cup drained capers
    -2 cans of natural tomato sauce 225 ml each
    -Salt and pepper to taste

1- Saute minced meat with a pinch of cumin and pepper. Degrease. To book.
2- In the same frying pan, brown onions and garlic.
3- Add potatoes and cook for 5 to 10 minutes to soften the potatoes.
4- Add meat and wine. Reduce.
5- Add grapes and tomato sauce when the potatoes are 1/2 cooked.
6- Cook for 5 min and add capers and olives.
7- Cook on medium/low heat for 25 to 30 min. Until the potatoes are cooked.
