STEP 1
Provide a cake mold.
2ND STEP
Preheat the oven to thermostat 5/6 - (180°C).
STEP 3
Prepare the flan:
STEP 4
Mix the condensed milk and coconut milk or water.
STEP 5
Add the well-beaten omelet eggs then the vanilla sugar, nutmeg and grated lemon and beat everything for a long time.
STEP 6
Line the bottom of the mold with liquid caramel. Pour the preparation.
STEP 7
Cook in a bain-marie in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes (check cooking with a knife).
STEP 8
Leave to cool, unmold and serve very cold.
STEP 9
