    1 kg of shrimp
    250 g flour or cornstarch
    3 eggs
    Salt to taste
    Pepper (optional)
    Lemon or orange zest (optional)

Wash and clean the shrimp well. The amount will depend on the number of people. This is just a reference.
Place the ground bread, eggs and flour in 3 separate containers with salt to taste and, if desired, pepper and lemon or orange zest.
Preheat a pan with oil.
It's time to coat the shrimp. Pass them gradually, first into the container with the flour, then into the eggs and finally into the container with the ground bread. It is important to check that the shrimp are completely covered with the mixture. The method is foolproof
Finally, fry the shrimp in oil until golden and crispy.
Breaded shrimp, you can accompany them with different sauces such as tartar sauce, garlic, ketchup, sweet and sour sauce, soy and you can even add just a little lemon to generate an explosion of flavor in your mouth.
