Banana balls

    A finely chopped white onion
    Six bananas
    Salt to taste
    A cup of pork butt
    Six marinated garlic cloves
    Two beaten eggs
    Two cups of breadcrumbs
    A cup of oil

Make a puree of banana and add garlic, onion, salt and pork skin. With the dough, prepare balls. Dip them in the beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil.

You can serve them with sprigs of parsley, celery or with tomato sauce.
